Patients with Beckwith-Wiedemann syndrome (BWS) often suffer from pheochromocytoma and hypoglycaemia are vulnerable to disorders associated the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis (HPA), such as major depressive disorder, generalised anxiety borderline personality etc. Features of even overlap features disorders, panic These patients undergo multiple surgeries under general anaesthesia at a very young age due recurrent tumours that can affect their behavioural emotional development. Depriving them much-needed medical support negatively impacts physical psychological well-being. In this case report, we present 23-year-old woman who underwent partial pancreatectomy, adrenalectomy, osteotomy, paraganglioma resection an early age. She was neglected by her parents spent childhood in abusive environment. All these factors could have increased vulnerability mental health problems. diagnosed unspecified trauma, stressor-related cannabis use cannabis-induced psychotic symptoms. This report emphasises role comorbidity patient presenting disorder.
